"My name is Shelley. I have worked out and tried different diets for what seems like ever and have never been able to achieve and keep the results I want. Until now that is.
I started the Real Life System 13 weeks ago and it has been the best thing I have ever done! I can't stop talking about it. I've kept in touch with others I met on it, and all of the results are incredible. There so many good things about it but let me start by telling you the results I have achieved so far.
I have lost 4 1/2 inches off both my waist and my hips! My body has defined and my energy levels are amazing! I just feel great.

"I am a 62 year old retired male. In the past I have tried many Diet/Exercise programs but never have I had the results that I achieved on the Real Life Health Management System.
During the 12 weeks of the system I more than attained my goal of becoming more fit and losing weight.

After seeing the success of several of my clients who had tried the Real Life System, I decided to try it myself. I have to admit that I was skeptical about whether I would achieve the results I really wanted because I had tried many different diets prior to this date and failed to permanently lose weight and increase my fitness level. Prior to starting your program, I have always been involved in sports or exercise in some format with regularly daily workouts and cardio sessions. I have always been in good shape and many would argue that this type of program would not necessary.
