Results Guarantee

Real Life Health Management Inc.("Real Life") guarantees that members meeting the Results Guarantee Criteria below will, by the end of the three (3) month Guaranteed Results System period, experience decreases in: body weight, body fat percentage and girth measurements of the waist or navel.

The specific results will depend on each person individually and cannot be accurately predicted by Real Life. The average results achieved have been between eight (8) and twenty five (25) pounds decrease in body weight, two (2) to four (4) inches decrease in navel and/or waist girth measurement, and a body fat percentage decrease of between two (2) and four (4) percent.

Results Guarantee Criteria

Real Life will only guarantee results for members when the following criteria have been met:

1. The member must complete a standardized initial body composition analysis (as set out by Real Life) with measurements taken by themselves, a partner, or a certified fitness professional. These measurements must be performed and recorded as accurately and as truthfully as possible;

2. The member must update their measurements and body composition analysis results each month during the Guaranteed Results System period and this must be done in three (3) consecutive months;

3. The Member must complete the Nutritional System Online Logs for every day of the three (3) month Guaranteed Results System period;

4. Calories consumed and recorded by the member must fall within a range of plus or minus one hundred fifty (150) calories from the Stated Daily Goal each and every day of the Guaranteed Results System period;

5. Meals consumed by the member must not be more than four (4) hours apart during the period of the day in which the member is awake for each and every day of the (3) month Guaranteed Results System period;

6. The member must not consume more than eight hundred (800) calories per meal during the (3) month Guaranteed Results System period;

7. The member must meet or exceed their Daily Goal Amount of water consumption each and every day of the three (3) month Guaranteed Results System period;

8. The member must fully and properly complete their daily or weekly Exercise Program at the appropriate Intensity Level;

9. The member must accurately and truthfully record and track their properly completed Exercise Program online;

10. If the member is unable to follow their specific Exercise Program, the member must notify Real Life immediately in order to make alterations to their Exercise Program or Health Management system.

Request for Refund

Provided the member meets the above criteria, if the member does not experience decreases in: body weight, body fat percentage or girth measurements of the waist or navel, Real Life will provide an additional three (3) months of the Guaranteed Results System at no charge to the member.

If after completing this additional three (3) months of the Guaranteed Results System and meeting the Results Guarantee Criteria, the member has still not experienced decreases in: body weight, body fat percentage or girth measurements of the waist or navel, upon receipt of a written request by the member, Real Life will refund the clients initial purchase or subscription fee less the five (5) dollar set-up fee. Requests for refunds must be made by the requesting member personally. Requests for refunds must be type written and include a description of any results experienced by the member from the Guaranteed Results System. Real Life will only recognize and accept requests for refunds that are actually received by Real Life and that meet the requirements above. Real Life will make the refund in the same manner in which the initial payment was received.

Under no circumstances will Real Life be liable for a refund payment that exceeds the initial purchase or subscription fee for the three (3) month Guaranteed Results System less the five (5) dollar set-up fee.

This guarantee applies only to the initial three (3) month Guaranteed Results System and does not apply to other subscriptions or other products or services of any kind offered by Real Life.
