Real Life System
The first step is to perform a body composition analysis to determine how much lean mass and how much body fat you have.

Selection
We have developed an extremely accurate way of determining your body composition on-line. All that is involved is a simple process of inputting a few measurements, your weight, and your height. It only takes a minute to have an accurate indication of your overall health.
From the results of the body composition analysis we will determine the caloric requirements of your body, prior to factoring in your goals and activity levels.
Once this step is complete you will be able to choose your goals. This can be as simple as fat loss, or may also involve other goals such as improving your strength or cardiovascular fitness level. If you choose, we can provide you with cardiovascular and resistance training workouts customized to your goals. Soon, this site will let you download and print exercise descriptions, pictures, and information on progression, intensity, technique and consistency. You may also choose to follow your own workouts or one that a Personal Trainer has already set up for you.

Once we know your starting point and your goals, the Real Life System can generate nutritional logs for you, teaching you exactly how much water to drink, how often to eat, and how many calories to consume each day. All of this is customized to your body and your goals.
