Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Description: Brown chicken in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, breaking up into small crumbles. Pour off drippings. Stir in hoisin sauce and teriyaki sauce; heat through. Just before serving, add cucumber and tomato; toss gently. Season with salt and pepper. Serve chicken mixture in lettuce leaves. Prep Time = 10 min. Cook Time = 10 min.
