11:30 AM - 12:15 PMAqua Yoga - All levelsAqua Yoga: This class combines dynamic flowing movements and traditional yoga poses with the assistance of water to help to lengthen and strengthen muscles, while also improving balance and coordination. This low impact practice is made even safer with the help of the water which will cushion any movements and help support the body. The water will also provide the resistance to movement thus, making your muscles work harder while also allowing your joints to be supported. This class is calm, soothing, and fun.
