START POSITION:  Position band under heel with hand at shoulder height. MOVEMENT:  Starting from a standing position with feet shoulder width apart and back in neutral position, slowly step to one side into partial squat position stretching band as you step.  Step in with other leg to full upright position and then repeat in opposite direction
