NOTE: THIS EXERCISE CAN BE DETRIMENTAL TO YOUR KNEES DUE TO A SHEAR FORCE AND SHOULD ONLY BE PERFORMED BY EXPERIENCED EXERCISERS IN A SLOW AND CONTROLLED MANNER. START POSITION:  Keep back in neutral position against seat back.  Position body so that knees line up with the pivot point of the machine.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly press your heels toward your bum, focusing on the hamstrings.
