START POSITION: Starting from a squat position with feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart and back in neutral position, place one hand on kettlebell handle with kettlebell slightly behind heels. Look straight ahead and avoid letting your knees move forward over your toes. MOVEMENT: Press straight up through the heels and push the hips forward until standing while simultaneously raising kettlebell in front of body to shoulder height keeping arm as straight as possible. Slowly lower only to 90 degree bend in knees returning kettlebell to floor and repeat.
