Basic High (Suspension)

START POSITION: Grasp handles of suspension trainer and lean forward placing one foot forward with knee bent and other leg back with knee extended. Keep weight forward on hands. MOVEMENT: Using front leg, drive forward and up drawing rear leg forward and bringing knee to hip height keeping weight on hands at all times. Return to start position and repeat.
