START POSITION: Grasp handles of suspension trainer and stand vertically keeping core tight. MOVEMENT: Slowly step one leg out to side as far as possible comfortably bending knee to 90 degrees while keeping other leg straight. Keep back neutral and body upright. Slowly return to start position and repeat.
