Single Leg Bench Squat - Legs Exercise

START POSITION: Standing on bench or box with weight on one leg and other leg hanging off side. MOVEMENT: Slowly bend knee and draw hips backwards into partial squat position being careful not to drop past a 90 degree bend in knee.  Keep back in neutral position. Press up and return to start position and repeat.
