START POSITION: Sitting in a chair with one leg extended in front.  As an easier version you may keep both feet on the floor. MOVEMENT: Leaning slightly forward, keeping back in neutral position, keeping your weight even on your feet, slowly stand up to full upright position.  Slowly lower yourself back to seated position and repeat.
