This exercise can be done with either dumbbells or a barbell. START POSITION: Standing upright with barbell or dumbbells held at hip height in front of body and back in neutral position. MOVEMENT: Step forward while at the same time drawing weight up in front of your body and over your head, extending elbows out to side and then quickly drawing them back to straighten arms. Push off with forward leg and lower weight simultaneously to return to starting position.
