This exercise can be done with dumbbells or a barbell. START POSITION: Lift and hold DB or BB over you head with one leg forward and one leg back. MOVEMENT: Keeping your back in a neutral position, slowly drop your back leg further back and bend your knees lowering your body toward the ground until back knee is slightly above the floor.  Slowly return to starting position.
