This exercise may be done with body weight, dumbbells, or a barbell. START POSITION: Standing upright with one leg crossed in front onto step or box. MOVEMENT: Leaning slightly forward use both legs to push off and step up onto box to upright position.  Step behind with outside leg and return to start position.
