START POSITION: Lying on your back with 1 leg extended on ball and other leg bent 90 degrees with foot on the ground. MOVEMENT: Draw the leg on the ball toward you slowly, while at the same time pressing down towards the floor.  Stop when leg is bent to 90 degrees and then slowly extend leg out again.
